Aviator Network is a technology platform that facilitates introductions and discovery between student pilots, flight instructors, flight schools, aviation operators, aircraft lessors, and other aviation participants. The platform provides tools for training requests, instructor browsing, aircraft leasing discovery, messaging after connections, and related features.

We do not sell personal data. When users request a connection, they are requesting Aviator Network to connect them with another user (e.g., instructor, school, leasing company). We facilitate those introductions; we do not guarantee outcomes.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Aviator Network is a technology platform facilitating introductions only. We do not guarantee contracts, hiring outcomes, training outcomes, visa outcomes, leasing outcomes, or business results between users. Any agreements, contracts, or relationships formed as a result of introductions made through the platform are solely between the parties involved. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence, legal compliance, and the terms of any agreements they enter into.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not harm other users or the platform. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, impersonation, and abuse of platform features.

5. Modifications

Aviator Network may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
